Learn more about martial arts – a fun way of getting fit for all ages.

There’s lots to do, we’ve got a Kung Fu competition, a Tai Chi demonstration and you can even take part in a Cardio Kickboxing class!

You can also enter our raffle and the little ones can enter our fancy dress competition!

All funds raised on the day will be presented to the Rainbows East Midlands Children’s Hospice.
