The Lord Mayor of Nottingham Councilor Packer, Jez Kearney (Hoofers), Richard Glew(Nottingham City Council), Nicola Adcock (Rainbows)and Special Judge Tigger.
Lots of fun for the little ones! Prepare a 40 second display which relates to your outfit and be in with a chance to win a medal! The judges will be looking for originality… Categories – A: 1-2 years old, B: 3-4 years old, C: 5-6 years old Prizes – 1st: trophy and gold medal, 2nd: place silver medal, 3rd: place bronze medal

Marvel at the beauty of the fluid moves of Tai Chi. This is a perfect way to excersise for people of all ages and abilities.
Watch the Single Fan Routine. You’ll realise why the fan is considered to be one of the most lethal weapons in martial arts.

Join in the 1 hour kickboxing class. All ages and abilities welcome. You’ll use mits and pads to get a full body workout.

This Event is being judged by
Master Jago(MNGN), David Phillips(MNGN),Sifu Andy Riley (7 Star Praying Mantis),Sifu Michael Donoghue (Derby Wushu)
Entries can be individual or in pairs, and can be bare hand forms or weapon displays. Categories are based on amount of years spent training with club. Displays must not be longer than 2 minutes.
Children (up to 16yrs old) Category A: up to 2 yrs training Category B: 2 – 4 yrs training
Category C: 4+ yrs training
Prizes – 1st: gold medal, 2nd: silver medal, 3rd: bronze medal
1st place in each category competes in Children’s Final for trophy. Adults (16yrs old and above) Category A: up to 2 yrs training Category B: 2 – 4 yrs training Category C: 4+ yrs training Prizes – 1st: gold medal, 2nd: silver medal, 3rd: bronze medal
1st place in each category competes in Adult’s Final for trophy. A commemorative medal will be awarded to all participants.
The judges will be giving marks agains the following categories: Presentation and Etiquette, Technical Merit, Practical Application, Visual Impact.
